Mornings



The comfort of a warm bed and soft blanket makes waking up almost impossible but if you are a morning person like I am, this is the best part of your day! So if you create a routine and set out to complete a few tasks before your day starts will leave you energized and make you feel accomplished before your day has even begun.
You can try some of my suggestions, it's not that hard, the only trick that I have is to enjoy!

Omiljeno doba dana? Ovo je lako pitanje... Jutro, bez izuzetka.
Iako topao krevet i mekano cebe mogu da deluju itekako primamljivo, ako ste jutarnja osoba kao ja, to je zapravo najbolji deo va�eg dana! Trik je da kreirate rutinu i vec nekoliko stvari obavite pre nego �to svi ostali startuju, tako cete dobiti prednost i u�ivati u ostatku dana.
Nemojte se mr�titi, pocnite da u�ivate u tim magicnim trenucima, kada se svet tek budu.


                                      Grab a coffee or a tea and get inspired from the magazines. Pinterest is allowed too. ;)

                        �olja kafe je obavezna! Dodajte gomilu modnih magazina i lako cete pronaci  inspiraciju (i Pinterest je dozvoljen, takode!).

                                              Take time for breakfast. French toast? Yes, please! (find the recipe here)

                                         Odvojite vreme za dorucak, znate da je to najva�niji obrok u danu, a svi nutricionisti se sla�u u oceni da je tada manje-vi�e sve dozvoljeno jesti. Zato.... Francuski tost? Oh da! (recept mo�ete pronaci ovde)

                                  Or make a super yummy strawberry smoothie in two minutes! (find the recipe here)
                     Podi�em ulog uz domaci smoothie od jagode (bice vam potrebno samo dva minuta da ga napravite, ovde mo�ete naci recept).

                                                                                       Sweat it out.

                                      Ako do sada niste probali, morate, dve reci: jutarnje ve�banje. Zahvalite mi se kasnije.

                          Or take a dip. If you have a swimming pool close to your home, morning swim is just what you need.

                    Ukoliko ste u prilici, u svoju agendu uvedite i plivanje. Ne postoji bolji nacin da zapocnete dan (pitajte Annu Dello Russo, ona svaki dan pocinje oko 6 sa nekoliko krugova u bazenu).

                                                                                     Visit the market and stare at the flowers.

                                            Pijaca je jedna od mojih omiljenih jutarnjih stanica, posebno u prolece. Te boje i oblici su fantastican izvor inspiracije.

                                                                                   Bring a bouquet to your work. (or home)

                                ...i nemojte da se vratite bez buketa cveca! Ulep�ajte dan sebi. �to da ne? Ionako, ko vas voli najvi�e?


                                                                                            Explore your own city.

                                        Buduci da ste ustali pre svih imate vremena da istra�ite sopstveni grad, u�ivajte u prvim zracima sunca i praznim ba�tama.

                                                                                     Find the hidden streets and take a snap. ;)

                                   I slikajte! Svi fotografi ce vam reci da jutarnje fotografije ispadaju odlicno zbog mekanog svetla koje se prelama. 

                                                                                           Take a break and grab a coffee.

                                                 Zgrabite i jednu kafu za poneti, odr�avanje prave kolicine kofeina je kljucno. 

                                                           If you are not feeling the morning activities you can always read a book.
                                                          Nekim danima je jednostavno dovoljna i samo dobra knjiga.

                                                                              Or just chill and do nothing.

                                        A nekada vam je dovoljno da samo �uhvatite dan� i u�ivate u slatkoj dokolici.

See? I told ya, it's easy! You just have to do whatever makes you happy, whether is that yoga, 5 minutes workout or starring at the sun before you dressed up make sure you stick to it throughout the month to see the full benefits. If you wake up 30 minutes earlier, and actually get up without snoozing your alarm clock, these 30 minutes can make a world of difference when you want to get a little more done or just to simply have a more relaxing morning and day full of energy.

Vidite, rekla sam vam! Tajna je u tome da va� deo dana iskoristite radeci ono �to najvi�e volite. Bilo da je to joga, ili gledanje sunca pre nego �to ustanete, dr�ite se tih malih rituala i vec posle nekoliko nedelja videcete njihova blagotvorna svojstva. Probajte da navijate budilnik malo ranije kako biste doveli organizam u stanje da pocinje prirodno da se budi. Dobro jutro!
